Original vintage first printing concert poster advertising Big City Blues at the Stadthalle in Göttingen [Germany] on Wednesday, 11th November, 1964, presented by Lippmann+Rau. Performing artists included blues singer Howlin’ Wolf (1910–1976), pianist Sunnyland Slim (1906–1995), bassist Willie Dixon (1915–1992), guitarist Hubert Sumlin (1931–2011), and drummer Clifton James (1936–2006). The poster features uncredited artwork by Günther Kieser.

The poster measures 59.2 x 84.0 cm (approx. 23.3″ by 33.1″ inches) and is beautifully printed in black ink on thin, smooth-finish uncoated paper stock. In excellent unfolded and unmarked condition.
