Prince Charles Theatre, London January 1963 concert flyer
Original first printing concert flyer advertising American singer, guitarist, lyricist, and civil and human rights activist Odetta’s stay at the Prince Charles Theatre in London [England] from 10th to 22nd January, 1963. Albert Grossman, Bob Dylan’s famous manager, was accompanying Odetta on the tour, and Dylan himself was present at the premiere on Thursday, 10th January. Dylan was in London, having participated in the British television play, Madhouse on Castle Street.
The flyer measures 11.5 x 17.9 cm and is printed in black ink on thin, coated paper stock. Small diagonal crease to the top left corner, else in excellent unfolded condition.
