Original first printing concert poster advertising American jazz guitarist and composer Pat Metheny at the Stadtpark in Hamburg [Germany] on Friday, 7th May, 1993, presented by Karsten Jahnke. The concert in Hamburg was part of an extensive European tour during April and May with the Secret Story Band in support of the Secret Story album. The band featured pianist and keyboardist Jim Beard, pianist and accordionist Gil Goldstein, bassist Steve Rodby, drummer and percussionist Paul Wertico, percussionist Armando Marçal, and multi-instrumentalists Mark Ledford, David Blamires, and Barbara Unger-Wertico. Produced by Metheny himself, the album was released in July 1992 by Geffen Records. With the music all composed by Metheny (shared credit on one track), Secret Story is generally considered one of his most ambitious and successful studio ventures, integrating elements of jazz, rock, new-age and world music. The album was certified gold by the RIAA on 1st December, 1995.

The poster measures 59.3 x 83.9 cm (approx. 23.3″ by 33″ inches) and is beautifully printed in red and black inks on thin, coated paper stock.
