Auditorium Maximum, Hamburg April 1971 concert poster

Original first printing concert poster advertising British jazz trumpeter Humphrey Lyttelton at the Auditorium Maximum in Hamburg [Germany] on Thursday, 29th April, 1971, presented by Karsten Jahnke. Perhaps best-remembered for the hit single “Bad Penny Blues”, Lyttelton also played the clarinet and was a well-known broadcaster. The poster features striking artwork by Klaus Hoppe, with the artist’s imprint to the lower right corner.
