Original vintage concert program for American jazz vibraphonist, pianist, percussionist, and bandleader Lionel Hampton’s Spring 1971 French tour, with an orchestra that featured tenor saxophonists Illinois Jacquet and Chuck McClendon; alto saxophonist Tommy Gambino; bassist Eustis Guillemet; clarinetist Bob Snyder; drummer Kenny Bolds; guitarist Billy Mackel, trumpeter Roland Connors; and organists and pianist Milt Buckner and John Spruill. The program has been authentically signed inside by Hampton, Billy Mackel, Kenny Bolds, and Bob Snyder.
In original b/w pictorial coated wrappers, staple bound, 17.8 x 23.6 cm, 8 pp. All text in French. Staple a little rusty, else in near excellent condition. Additional photos available on request.
