Original vintage concert program book lavishly produced for the 1966 Festival Internacional de Jazz de Barcelona staged at the Palacio de la Musica in Barcelona [Spain] from 3rd to 6th November, 1966, presented by Juan Roselló. This was the first year of the festival and performing artists included the Dave Brubeck Quartet (3rd Nov); the Max Roach Quintet with Sonny Rollins (featuring Freddie Hubbard, James Spaulding, Ron Matthews, and Jimmie Merritt) (4th Nov); Bud Freeman with the Alex Welsh Orchestra (5th Nov); the Uptown Swing All-Stars (featuring Illinois Jacquet, Roy Eldridge, Milt Buckner, Jimmie Woode, and Art Taylor) (5th Nov); the Tete Montoliu Trio (6th Nov); and the Stan Getz Quartet with Astrud Gilberto (featuring Gary Burton, Steve Swallow, and Ray Haynes) (6th Nov).

In original pictorial matte-coated wrappers, perfect bound, 21.0 x 27.0 cm, 78 pp. Program notes in Spanish by Javier Coma. In excellent condition, tightly bound and clean. Appears unread. Additional images of the program available on request.
