Hemmerlein Sporthalle, Neunkirchen February 1978 concert poster

Original first printing concert poster advertising British rock group Status Quo at the Hemmerlein Sporthalle in Neunkirchen (near Nuremberg) [Germany] on Friday, 24th February, 1978, presented by MAMA Concerts. The band was touring in support of the Rockin’ All Over the World album, their tenth studio album, produced by Pip Williams and released on 11th November, 1977 on Vertigo. Rockin’ All Over the World was the first album to feature Andy Bown as a regular contributor to the band; he would later join the band officially in 1982. Containing the single “Rockin’ All Over the World”, written and originally recorded by John Fogerty, the album reached #5 on the UK Album Charts.

The poster measures 83.8 x 59.2 cm (approx. 33 by 23.3 inches) and is beautifully printed on thin, smooth-finish uncoated paper stock. In excellent unfolded and unmarked condition.
