July 1964 UK concert tour program + ticket
Original vintage concert program for Ray Charles’ July 1964 nationwide tour of Great Britain in support of the Sweet & Sour Tears album, produced by Sid Feller and released in March 1964. Presented by Harold Davison in association with Henri Goldgran, the tour kicked off at the Colton Hall in Bristol on 7th July and ended at The Dome in Brighton on 24th July, 1964, often with two performances on the same day. Original ticket for the concert at the Odeon Theatre in Birmingham on Friday, 17th July, laid in.
In original blue and black pictorial matte-coated wrappers, staple bound, 20.8 x 26.5 cm, 20 pp. In near excellent condition, tightly bound and clean. Additional photos available on request.
