Description
1973 German tour blank concert poster
Original first printing concert poster designed to promote krautrockers Nine Days’ Wonder’s 1973 tour in support of We Never Lost Control – the band’s second studio album. Fronted by vocalist Walter Seyffer, the band consisted of an unlikely collection of musicians from Germany, Austria, Ireland and England. Their music can perhaps best be described as a diverse rock fusion encompassing all forms of Krautrock and showing distinct Frank Zappa and British progressive rock influences. The poster has been authentically signed by all five members.
The poster measures 43.8 x 61.3 cm (approx. 17.2″ by 24.1″ inches) and is beautifully printed on thin, smooth-finish uncoated paper stock. Tiny pin hole to each corner, else in excellent unfolded condition. Feel free to email us with any questions you may have concerning this item. Additional images of the poster available on request.
