Alhambra, Paris March 1953 concert program
Original vintage program produced for the Jazz At The Philharmonic concert staged at the Alhambra in Paris [France] on Tuesday, 3rd March, 1953. The concert was part of the second European JATP tour. Performing artists included Ella Fitzgerald, Lester Young, Oscar Peterson, Barney Kessel, Ray Brown, Gene Krupa, Teddy Napoleon, Flip Phillips, Hank Jones, Charlie Shavers, and Willie Smith.
In original red and black pictorial coated wrappers, staple bound, 21.0 x 27.1 cm, 20 pp. All text in French. Wrappers are slightly rubbed with light wear to spine and extremities, else tightly bound and clean. Additional photos available on request.
