Original vintage concert program produced for jazz giants Ella Fitzgerald and Duke Ellington’s joint Jan/Feb 1966 European tour, presented by Lippmann+Rau in association Norman Granz. Ellington’s orchestra at the time included drummer Elvin Jones. Striking cover artwork by Günther Kieser.
In original b/w typographical coated wrappers, staple bound, 27.7 x 25.6 cm, 24 pp. Trilingual edition with program notes in English, German and French. In excellent unmarked condition, tightly bound and clean. Additional photos available on request.
