Welfare Pension Hall, Tokyo January 1972 concert ticket
Original used concert ticket for Duke Ellington’s performance at the Welfare Pension Hall in Tokyo [Japan] on Thursday, 6th January, 1972, presented by Kambara Music. The Tokyo concert was part of Ellington’s last Japanese tour. He died of lung cancer and pneumonia on 24th May, 1974, a month after his 75th birthday.
