Nakano Sun Plaza Hall, Tokyo April 1977 concert flyer

Original double-sided first printing concert flyer advertising American guitarist, singer, and songwriter George Benson (1943) at the Nakano Sun Plaza Hall in Tokyo [Japan] on 7th, 14th and 15th April, 1977, presented by Kyodo Tokyo, and with the Kosuke Mine Quintet as support. For the Japanese tour, his first, Benson was accompanied by guitarist Phil Upchurch (1941), keyboardist and organist Ronnie Foster (1950), pianist Jorge Dalto (1948–1987), bassist Stanley Banks, and drummer Dennis Davis (1951–2016). Benson was touring in support of the In Flight album, produced by Tommy LiPuma, and released on 4th February, 1977 on the Warner Bros. label.

The flyer measures 10.0 x 18.0 cm (approx. 3.9″ by 7.1″ inches) and is beautifully printed on thin, coated paper stock. Folded horizontally at the middle, else in excellent condition.
