Stoll Theatre, London April 1957 concert flyer
Original first printing concert flyer advertising American jazz pianist, composer, and bandleader Count Basie (1904–1984) at the Stoll Theatre in London [England] on Monday, 22nd April, 1957, presented by Harold Fielding. This was the last stop on Basie’s first nationwide tour of Great Britain.
The flyer measures 12.6 x 18.8 cm and is beautifully printed in black ink on thin, coated paper stock. A couple of faint horizontal fold lines to the middle and light edge wear to the bottom right corner. Photo of the back of the flyer available on request.
