Friedrich Ebert Halle, Ludwigshafen February 1975 concert poster

Large original first printing concert poster advertising British rock group Bad Company at the Friedrich Ebert Halle in Ludwigshafen [Germany] on Sunday, 23rd February, 1975, presented by Lippmann+Rau, and with British singer-songwriter and guitarist Bryn Haworth as special guest. The show in Ludwigshafen was part of the band’s tour of continental Europe in support of their self-titled debut album. Recorded at Headley Grange with Ronnie Lane’s Mobile Studio and produced by the band themselves, the album was released on 26th June, 1974. Containing the hit singles “Can’t Get Enough” and “Movin’ On”, the album reached #1 on the Billboard 200 and stayed on the charts for 64 weeks. It was certified 5x Platinum in November 1993 by the RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) for sales exceeding five million copies in the US alone.

The poster measures 60.0 x 83.8 cm (approx. 23.6″ by 33″ inches) and is beautifully printed on thin, smooth-finish uncoated paper stock. In excellent unfolded condition.
