June 1965 UK concert tour program
Original vintage concert program produced for the “American Folk Music and Blues Tour” June 1965 package tour of Great Britain, presented by the English Folk Dance and Song Society. Performing artists included Ramblin’ Jack Elliott, Josh White, Rev. Blind Gary Davis, Buffy Sainte-Marie, Julie Felix, Derroll Adams, and the Ian Campbell Folk group. The eight-date tour commenced at the Town Hall in Birmingham on 3rd June and ended at the Fairfield Halls in Croydon on 14th June, also visiting Manchester (4th), Brighton (9th), Liverpool (10th), Bristol (11th), Portsmouth (12th) and Glasgow (13th).
In original red and black illustrated coated wrappers, staple bound, 21.1 x 26.5 cm, 12 pp. In near excellent complete condition, tightly bound and clean. Additional images of the program available on request.
