Original vintage program book for the Festival of American Folk & Country Music March 1966 European package tour, featuring the Stanley Brothers and the Clinch Mountain Boys, Cousin Emmy, the New Lost City Ramblers, Roscoe Holcomb, and Cyp Landreneau’s Cajun Band. Presented by Lippmann+Rau, the tour commenced at the Musikhalle in Hamburg on 4th March and ended at the Stadtcasino in Basel on 20th March, 1966.
In original photographical coated wrappers (featuring delicate artwork by Günther Kieser), staple bound, 27.4 x 25.5 cm, 20 pp. Bilingual edition with text in German and English. Near fine, tightly bound and clean without any markings. Additional photos available on request.
