Salle Pleyel, Paris March 1948 concert program
Original vintage concert program for Louis Armstrong’s two performances at the famous Salle Pleyel in Paris [France] on 2nd & 3rd March, 1948, presented by Le Hot Club de France. This was the classic All Star line-up of Barney Bigard, Arvell Shaw, Velma Middleton, Sid Catlett, Jack Teagarden and Earl Hines.
In original red and black uncoated wrappers, 15.5 x 24.2 cm, staple bound, 12 pp. All text in French. Light wear to spine and extremities plus a number of pencil markings. Additional photos available on request.
