March 1966 Japanese concert tour program & ticket stub
Large original vintage program book lavishly produced for the Modern Jazz Quartet’s March 1966 Japanese tour. Original ticket for the afternoon performance in Tokyo on Sunday, 6th March, laid in. The concert in Tokyo on 14th March was recorded and later released as Concert In Japan ’66 by Atlantic Records.
In original, pictorial coated wrappers, staple bound, 25.7 x 36.4 cm, 28 pp. All text in Japanese. Light wear to spine and extremities, else tightly bound and clean. Additional photos available on request.
