1977 Japanese CBS/Sony Inc. promo poster
Large original first printing Simon & Garfunkel promotional poster issued by CBS/Sony Inc. in Japan in 1977. The poster features a photo of the duo during rehearsals for a TV program in London in 1977. The photo is credited to Tom Sheehan, with the artist’s imprint to the bottom left corner. The poster was for promotional purposes only, and was never made commercially available.
The poster measures 83.9 x 59.3 cm (approx. 33″ by 23.3″ inches) and is beautifully printed on thin, coated paper stock.
