1974 Japanese Rolling Stones Records/Warner-Pioneer Corporation promo poster for “It’s Only Rock ‘n Roll”

Original first printing Rolling Stones promotional poster issued by Rolling Stones Records/Warner-Pioneer Corporation in Japan in 1974 to promote the relese of the It’s Only Rock ‘n Roll album – the band’s twelfth studio album, produced by The Glimmer Twins, and released on 18th october, 1974. It was the last album to feature guitarist Mick Taylor. Containing the singles”It’s Only Rock ‘n Roll (But I Like It)” and “Ain’t Too Proud to Beg”, the album reached #1 on the Billboard 200 and, and was certified Platinum by the RIAA for sales exceeding one million copies. The poster was for promotional purposes only, and was never made commercially available.

The poster measures 59.0 x 83.6 cm (approx. 23.2″ by 32.9″ inches) and is beautifully printed in on thin, coated paper stock.
