1970s Japanese Motown Records promo poster
Original first printing The Four Tops promotional poster issued by Motown Records in Japan in the 1970s, presumably as part of the “Motown Yesteryear Series”, which also included Gladys Knight & The Pips, The Commodores, The Miracles, Marvin Gaye, The Supremes, Martha & The Vandellas, and others. For what it’s worth, the Motown catalog was manufactured in Japan by Victor Records. The poster was for promotional purposes only, and was never made commercially available.
The poster measures 41.8 x 59.2 cm (approx. 16.4″ by 23.3″ inches) and is beautifully printed on thin, coated paper stock. In excellent unfolded and unmarked condition. Feel free to email us with any questions you may have concerning this item. Additional images of the poster available on request.
