Musikhalle, Hamburg March 1976 concert poster
Original first printing concert poster advertising Irish folk group The Chieftains at the Musikhalle in Hamburg [Germany] on Wednesday, 24th March, 1976, presented by Karsten Jahnke. The group was touring in support of the Chieftains 5 album, produced by Paddy Moloney. This was also the last album appearance of Peader Mercier before he left the group.
The poster measures 59.4 x 83.9 cm (approx. 23.4″ x 33″ inches) and is beautifully printed on thin, coated paper stock. Tiny rip to the lower right side border, else in excellent unfolded condition.
