Large original first printing Mott the Hoople promotional poster issued by CBS/Sony Inc. in Japan in 1974 to promote the release of Live – an album recorded during their debut US performance at the Uris Theater on Broadway in Manhattan, New York City on 8th & 9th May, 1974, with Queen as the opening act. Produced by Dale “Buffin” Griffin and released in November 1974 on Columbia Records, the album peaked at #32 in the UK Album Chart. The poster measures 83.8 x 59.5 cm (approx. 33″ by 23.4″ inches) and is beautifully printed on thin, coated paper stock. In excellent unfolded condition, clean and unmarked. Feel free to email us with any questions you may have concerning this item. Additional images of the poster available on request.
