Koningin Elisabethzaal, Antwerp October 1987 concert poster

Large original first printing concert poster advertising the Miles Davis Octet at the Koningin Elisabethzaal in Antwerp [Belgium] on Sunday, 18th October, 1987 in support of the Tutu album, Miles’ tribute to Archbishop Desmond Tutu, the first black Anglican Archbishop of Cape Town, South Africa. Besides the leader himself, the octet included Kenny Garrett (as, fl); Robert Irving III (synth); Adam Holzman (synth); Joe “Foley” McCreary (lead-b); Darryl Jones (el-b); Ricky Wellman (d); and Rudy Bird (perc).
