Kings Hall, Belfast April 1962 concert program
Original vintage concert program for Louis Armstrong’s performance at the Kings Hall in Belfast [Northern Ireland] on Wednesday, 25th April, 1962, presented by C-C Promotions by arrangement with Harold Davison. The concert in Belfast was part of Armstrong’s only third British tour, with the first two coming in 1956 and 1959. His All Stars for the 1962 tour featured Jewell Brown (vocals), Trummy Young (trombone), Billy Kyle (piano), Danny Barcelona (drums), Joe Darensbourg (clarinet), and Billy Cronk (bass). Never seen another one of these.
In original mint green and black coated wrappers, staple bound, 17.5 x 24.0 cm, 8 pp. In excellent unmarked condition, tightly bound and clean. Appears unread. Additional photos available on request.
