May 1974 UK concert tour flyer 

Original first printing double-sided concert flyer advertising Lionel Hampton’s May 1974 six-date tour of Great Britain, commencing at the Southport Theatre in Southport on 12th May and ending at the Usher Hall in Edinburgh on 19th May, 1974, presented by Kennedy Masters Ltd. Hampton’s All American Orchestra featured organist Reynold Mullins, guitarist William Mackell, bassist Eustis Guillmete, trumpeters Charlie Camelleri and Ray Maldonado, tenor saxophonist Milt Heisler, alto saxophonist Ray German, baritone saxophonist Lenny Slovak, drummer Al Butterfield, percussionist Sam Turner, and singer Valerie Carr. The album for the tour was Please Sunrise — an album consisting of a number of Eugene Record compositions, produced by Willie Henderson.

The flyer measures 13.9 x 25.5 cm and is beautifully printed in blue and black inks on thin, matte-coated paper stock. Complete with the original postal booking form still intact.
