Crown octavo (8vo), 11.3 x 16.5 cm, 384 pp. Plain cream-white vellum bristol cover stock, perfect bound. In illustrated cream-white vellum finish dust jacket, printed in olive green and black inks. Wrappers are rubbed with some smudging. Foxing to spine, which is slightly slanted. Jacket is slightly rubbed with wear to extremities. Additional images of the book available on request.
