Duodecimo (12mo), 11.5 x 18.5 cm, 144 pp. In original pictorial matte-coated wrappers printed in dark olive green and orange, perfect bound. Wrappers are slightly rubbed with light wear to spine and extremities, else near fine, tightly bound and clean. Additional images of the book available on request.
