1991 Japanese Polydor KK promo poster for “Stages”
Original first printing Jimi Hendrix promotional poster issued by Polydor KK in Japan in 1991 to promote the release of the Stages – a four-CD box set consisting of live performances covering four years of his career. The poster features awesome artwork by Issei Ogata, with the artist’s imprint to the bottom left corner. The poster was for promotional purposes only, and was never made commercially available.
The poster measures 51.4 x 72.5 cm (approx. 20.2″ by 28.5″ inches) and is beautifully printed on thin, textured uncoated paper stock. In excellent unfolded and unmarked condition.
