Original first printing concert poster advertising British rock group Genesis at the Ludwigsparkstadion in Saarbrücken [Germany] on Sunday, 3rd September, 1978, presented by Lippmann+Rau. The concert was part of the Summetime Open Air Festival, also featuring Joan Baez, Alvin Lee, and John McLaughlin. Genesis were touring in support of the … And Then There Were Three … album. It was their ninth studio album, but their first as a trio, following the departure of Steve Hackett. Recorded at Relight Studios in Hilvarenbeek under the guidance of producer David Hentschel, who had previously worked with both George Harrison and Elton John, the album was released on 23rd March, 1978. Featuring the hit single “Follow You Follow Me”, the album was a commercial success, reaching #3 on the UK album chart.
