Original vintage concert program for American jazz pianist, composer and bandleader Count Basie’s November 1957 nationwide tour of Great Britain, presented by Harold Davison. This was Basie’s second British tour and his second visit to Britain within a year, having toured extensively in April. Original ticket stub for the concert at St. George’s Hall in Bradford on Thursday, 21st November, laid in.
In original red and black photographical wrappers, staple bound, 21.2 x 26.8 cm, 20 pp. Near fine, tightly bound and clean without any markings. Additional photos available on request.
