Large original vintage program book lavishly produced for American jazz trumpeter and singer Louis Armstrong’s April 1963 Japanese tour, with an ensemble that consisted of Russell Moore (trombone), Eddie Shu (clarinet), Billy Kyle (piano), Arvell Shaw (bass), Danny Barcelona (drums), and Jewel Brown (vocals).
In original illustrated coated wrappers, staple bound, 30.2 x 30.2 cm, 32 pp. All text in Japanese. In excellent complete condition, tightly bound and clean. Additional images of the program available on request.
