October 1957 European concert tour program
Original vintage concert program for American trumpeter and bandleader Harry James’ October 1957 European tour with an orchestra that featured the great Buddy Rich on drums. Other members included alto saxophonist Willie Smith and singer Jilla Webb. Presented by German concert impresario Hans Schlote, the tour kicked off in Munich, Germany on 2nd October and ended in Brussels, Belgium on 28th October, 1957.
In original b/w photographical wrappers, staple bound, 14.9 x 24.0 cm, 20 pp. Program notes in German. Near fine, tightly bound and clean without markings. Additional photos available on request.
