Liederhalle, Stuttgart September 1983 concert poster

Large original first printing concert poster advertising American singer-songwriter Barry Manilow at the Liederhalle in Stuttgart [Germany] on Friday, 16th September, 1983, presented by Lippmann+Rau. The show in Stuttgart was part of Manilow’s European tour in support of the Here Comes the Night album – his ninth studio album, produced by Manilow himself, and originally released in November 1982 on Arista Records. Containing the hit singles “Memory”, “Some Kind of Friend” and “Oh Julie”, the album reached #32 on the Billboard 200 and stayed on the chart for 27 weeks. It was certified Gold by the RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) in January 1983 for selling over 500,000 certified units.
