1990 Japanese Es Paranza/Atlantic/WarnerMusic promo poster for “Manic Nirvana”
Original first printing Robert Plant (1948) promotional poster issued by Es Paranza/Atlantic Records/Warner Music in Japan in 1990 to promote the release of the Manic Nirvana album, Plant’s fifth studio album, produced by Plant himself with Phil Johnstone and Mark “Spike” Stent, and released on 19th March, 1990. Containing the hit singles “Big Love” and “Hurting Kind (I’ve Got My Eyes on You)”, the album peaked at #13 on the Billboard 200 and was certified Gold by the RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) for selling over 500,000 certified units. The poster was for promotional purposes only, and was never made commercially available.
The poster measures 51.5 x 72.6 cm (approx. 20.3″ by 28.6″ inches) and is beautifully printed on medium-thin, dull-coated paper stock.
