1965 French concert tour program
Original vintage concert program produced for American jazz saxophonist and clarinetist Buddy Tate’s 1965 French tour accompanied by his Harlem Celebrity Club orchestra, which consisted of Dub Bascomb (trumpet), Ben Richardson (alto), Dicky Wells (trombone), Skip Hall (organ and piano), John Williams (bass) and Jimmy Hardwood Jr (drums).
In original yellow and black pictorial wrappers, single staple bound, 21.0 x 27.0 cm, 8 pp. Program notes in French by Hugues Panassie. Wrappers are slightly rubbed with light wear to spine and extremities and the staple a little rusty. Additional photos available on request.
