1966 German concert tour poster (A0) (Michel+Kieser)
Original first printing concert poster designed to promote the Spiritual & Gospel Festival package tour of Germany in 1966, presented by Lippmann+Rau, and featuring Bishop Samuel Kelsey, Rev. John I. Little, The Gospelaires, The Dorothy Norwood Singers, The Harmonizing Four, and Gospel Joe Williams. The poster features striking artwork by noted German graphic duo, Hans Michel and Günther Kieser, with the artists’ imprint to the lower left side border.
The poster measures 84.6 x 118.7 cm and is beautifully printed in red, blue and black inks on thin, uncoated paper stock. In excellent unfolded condition. Additional photos available on request.
