Original first printing concert poster advertising English rock group Smokie at the Halle Münsterland in Münster [Germany] on Friday, 2nd December, 1977, presented by MAMA Concerts. The concert in Münster was part of the band’s German tour during November and December in support of the Bright Lights & Back Alleys album – the band’s fourth studio album, produced by Mike Chapman and released on 27th September, 1977 on Mickey Most’s RAK Records. Containing the hit singles “It’s Your Life” and “Nedles and Pins”, the album was a huge commercial success and was certified Gold in Germany for 250,000 sold copies.
The poster measures 59.1 x 83.7 cm (approx. 23.3″ by 83″ inches) and is beautifully printed on thin, smooth-finish uncoated paper stock. In excellent unfolded and unmarked condition.
