c.1972 Japanese CBS/Sony Records Inc. promotional poster
Large original first printing Santana promotional poster issued by CBS/Sony Records Inc. in Japan in the early 1970s as part of “The Music People” series. Since it has the “Sony Records” imprint it would have to be from 1972 or earlier. The poster was for promotional purposes only, and was never made commercially available.
The poster measures 84.0 x 59.8 cm (approx. 33″ by 23.5″ inches) and is beautifully printed on thin, coated paper stock. Light edge wear to the top border, else in excellent unfolded condition.
