Koningin Elisabethzaal, Antwerp May 1977 concert poster
Original first printing concert poster advertising the Pablo Jazz Festival ’77 staged at the Koningin Elisabethzaal in Antwerp [Belgium] on Thursday, 5th May, 1977. Performing artists included Count Basie, Oscar Peterson, Joe Pass, Roy Eldridge, Eddie “Lockjaw” Davis, Louie Bellson, Harry Edison, Niels-Henning Ørsted Pedersen, John Heard, Tommy Flanagan, Keeter Betts, and Bobby Durham.
The poster measures 60.9 x 86.0 cm (approx. 24″ by 33.9″ inches) and is beautifully printed on thin, uncoated paper stock. There is a chip missing to the lower left side border and a couple of tape marks to the top border, else in near excellent unfolded condition. Additional photos available on request.
