Originally published by Farrar, Straus and Company in 1963, Visions of Gerard is about Kerouac’s older brother Gerard, who died of rheumatism when the author was four [Charters D19 – erroneously stated as being published in 1965].

Duodecimo (12mo), 208 pp. In original typographical gloss-coated wrappers printed in red and black. Although paperbound, the book was issued in a pictorial gloss-coated dust jacket. Fine. Additional photos available on request.
