Crown octavo (8vo), 13.3 x 20.5 cm, 352 pp. Red-brown BF type unfilled cloth stamped on front and spine. In glossy illustrated dust jacket. The entire jacket has a gloss varnish coating. Near fine in very good dust jacket. Additional images of the book available on request.
