Inscribed by the translator to Kerouac scholar Rod Anstee on the half title page. Originally published posthumously by Grove Press in 1971, Pic is the story of a small child, Pictorial Review Jackson, from North Carolina, and chronicles his journeys with his older brother as they try to hitch and bum their way across the country.
