Rheinhalle, Düsseldorf April 1974 concert poster 

Original first printing concert poster advertising American vibraphonist, pianist, percussionist, and bandleader Lionel Hampton at the Rheinhalle in Düsseldorf [Germany] on Friday, 26th April, 1974, presented by Karsten Jahnke in cooperation with René Heinersdorff. Hampton’s All American Orchestra featured organist Reynold Mullins, guitarist William Mackell, bassist Eustis Guillmete, trumpeters Charlie Camelleri and Ray Maldonado, tenor saxophonist Milt Heisler, alto saxophonist Ray German, baritone saxophonist Lenny Slovak, drummer Al Butterfield, percussionist Sam Turner, and singer Valerie Carr. The album for the tour was Please Sunrise — an album consisting of a number of Eugene Record compositions, produced by Willie Henderson.
