1966 German tour blank concert poster
Original first printing concert poster designed by Jan Buchholz and Reni Hirsch to advertise the Golden Gate Quartet’s 1966 German tour, featuring the long-established line-up of Orlandus Wilson, Clyde Riddick, Caleb Ginyard, and Clyde Wright. They were accompanied by Irvin Trotman (piano), Wolfgang Schöenrade (bass), and Eberhard Plag (drums).
The poster measures 83.7 x 58.0 cm and is printed in yellow and black inks on thin, uncoated paper stock. There is a closed rip to the center of the top border, else in near excellent unfolded condition. Feel free to email us with any questions you may have concerning this item.
