Festival Hall, Osaka January 1973 concert ticket
Large original FULL UNUSED concert ticket for the Bill Evans Trio’s performance at the Festival Hall in Osaka [Japan] on Wednesday, 17th January, 1973. Besides the leader himself, the trio featured bassist Eddie Gómez and drummer Marty Morell. Gómez had joined the trio in 1966, while Morell followed two years later in 1968. The trio with Gómez and Morell was Evans’ stablest, longest-lasting group. The album The Tokyo Concert, released by Fantasy Records in August 1974, was recorded on this tour.
