1971 Japanese Liberty Records promotional poster for “The Black-Man’s Burdon”
Original first printing Eric Burdon & War promotional poster issued by Liberty Records in Japan in 1971 to promote the release of The Black-Man’s Burdon – their second studio album, produced by Jerry Goldstein, and originally released in America in December 1970 by MGM Records. It was the last album by the group before Burdon left and the remaining band continued as War. The poster was for promotional purposes only, and was never made commercially available.
