Nippon Budokan, Tokyo November 1980 concert poster 

Original first printing concert poster advertising American rock musician and singer Jackson Browne (1948) at the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo [Japan] on Sunday, 23rd and Tuesday, 25th November, 1980, presented by Seijiru Udo’s UDO Artists Inc. The two Tokyo shows were part of Browne’s Japanese tour during November 1980 in support of the Hold Out album – his sixth studio album, produced by Greg Ladanyi, and originally released on 24th June, 1980 on Asylum Records. Containing the singles “Boulevard” and “That Girl Could Sing”, the album reached #1 on the Billboard 200, and stayed 38 weeks on the chart (1 week at #1). It was certified 2x Platinum in August 2001 by the RIAA for sales exceeding 2,000,000 copies in the US.
