April/May 1987 German concert tour poster
Large original first printing concert poster advertising British progressive rock group Barclay James Harvest’s tour of Germany during April and May 1987 in support of the Face to Face album. Presented by Shooter Promotions + Klein, the 6-date tour commenced at the Sporthalle in Cologne on 30th April and ended at the Deutschlandhalle in Berlin on 13th May. Produced by BJH along with Gregg Jackman and Pip Williams, and originally released on 30th January, 1987 on Polydor Records, Face to Face was the group’s fourteenth studio album. It peaked at a lowly #65 on the UK Album Chart.
